Returns Policy

We get it, sometimes things don’t quite work out. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return, no stress involved.

To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be in the same condition you received it unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Make sure to hold on to your receipt or proof of purchase too.

Ready to return? Just drop an email to nicola@elansuactivewear.co.uk, and we’ll provide the return address along with all the details you’ll need.

Please note: Items sent back without contacting us first can’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We take pride in our quality, but if something’s not right, we want to make it right. Check your order as soon as it lands with you and email us immediately at nicola@elansuactivewear.co.uk if:

• Your item is defective or damaged.

• You’ve received the wrong item.

We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Looking to swap for something else? The easiest way is to return your item, wait for the return to be accepted, and then place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the EU, you’ve got a right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days—no questions asked. Just make sure your item is unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and that you have proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll send you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If it’s a yes, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind, your bank or credit card provider may take some extra time to process the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t seen the funds, please email us at nicola@elansuactivewear.co.uk.
